On Wednesday, Bitcoin grew in 5%. Then the virtual currency added 2% on Thursday and around $170 was missing to reach the value of $12,000. Strangely though, the currency experienced a sharp fall in more than $1,000 in the beginning of the week. On top of that, Bitcoin surpassed value of stocks and gold, not only during this week.
If we compared efficiency of each asset since the beginning of the year, Bitcoin would end up as the strongest. Despite all its falls, the value is currently 63% higher than it was back on 31st December 2019. Bitcoin is currently one third stronger than gold, and stocks appear only 3% stronger.
Moreover, if we compared Bitcoin with its lowest values of 2020, we would notice its in strengthening in 132%. Stocks can’t compete with Bitcoin even in this aspect. Given the circumstances, such as dropping dollar, Bitcoin’s growth may not be over yet.
